What is your Return Policy?

  • Orders using Living Social or Groupon vouchers cannot be returned.
  • 20% restocking fee will be accessed on all other returned orders regardless of condition.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be accessed on all exchanges.
  • Returns and Exchanges can only be authorized within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • All returns and exchanges must be authorized by a Chalkboardwalldecal.com representative and must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization number(RMA#).
  • Refunds can only be issued for items returned in the original, unused condition. The decal must be rolled. Do not fold the decal.
  • Decals that are folded or cut apart when returned will not be accepted.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • All return shipping is to be paid for by customer.
  • Customer who return items that qualified for free shipping will receive a credit minus the restocking fee and minus the initial cost of shipping for the item.
  • RMA #'s will only be given to original purchaser.
  • Decals that do not adhere to textured walls or unfit surfaces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Decals that are damaged during installation cannot be returned or exchanged. Chalkboardwalldecal.com may provide a replacement decal at a discounted rate under our discretion.
  • All returns must be shipped back using a traceable and insured shipping method. We recommend Fedex or USPS
  • If an item is missing a piece, the piece may be replaced at Chalkboardwalldecal.com's discretion. We would need proof(picture) that the piece is missing.
